Terms of Service
Effective October 5, 2026
Website and offerings
These terms apply to use of the Myrtle October website and purchases of services and curated experiences offered through it. Review the description and terms of the specific offering before purchasing. An inquiry does not confirm a booking or create a service engagement; scope, scheduling, and any separate agreement will be confirmed before work begins.
Prices, payments, and delivery
The price, currency, inclusions, delivery format, dates, and any deposit or remaining balance will be stated in the offering or confirmed in writing before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe. A deposit or down payment is not full payment unless explicitly stated. Unconfirmed details will be identified as such. Services are delivered according to the scope and schedule agreed for your booking; no particular personal, professional, or financial outcome is guaranteed.
Cancellations and refunds
For events and experiences, the Terms & Event Policies apply. If an event or experience does not take place or Myrtle October cancels it for any reason, all payments collected for it will be refunded in full, including admission, deposits, down payments, and additional payments. Refunds are arranged through the original payment method where available; processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Guest cancellation, transfer, and substitution requests should be made before the event. For coaching, consulting, and other services, any cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be communicated before purchase and included in the booking agreement. Contact Customer Support for payment or refund questions.
Participation and responsible use
Provide accurate booking and contact information, respect others’ privacy and boundaries, and do not misuse the website or interfere with its operation. Event participation is subject to the Professional Ethics & Event Standards and venue requirements. Website content is general information; it does not establish a clinical, legal, or financial advisory relationship.
Content, privacy, and external services
Original website writing, creative materials, and branding remain the property of Myrtle October or their respective rights holders. Obtain permission before reproducing or commercially using protected material. See the Concept Use & Credit notice for submitted creative proposals.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and safeguarded. Linked payment, booking, and third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Updates and support
These terms may be updated as offerings change. Later updates do not remove refund commitments already made for a purchase. Any specific booking agreement and event terms should be reviewed alongside these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
